We are delighted to offer a unique opportunity to an exceptional individual to join our team as an Accounts Administrator:Our ideal candidate will:Be organised, efficient and eager to succeedHave a business or administration qualificationHave a commitment to high standards and a positive, can-do approach to workBe customer focused with excellent customer service skillsHave strong organisational skills with an excellent attention to detailThe ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in the motor industry is ideal but not essentialSkills required:Minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy office administration role and Cash office/Accounts environment with Sage 50 software or similarProficient in Microsoft Excel & WordExcellent time managementA business or administration qualificationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral), with excellent command of the English languageAbility to work in a high pressurised environment is a mustAccounts Administrator – Full time (39 hours per week)Duties & Responsibilities:The main duties and responsibilities of the role involve the following:Accounts Administration:· Responsible for all Incoming cash, cheque, EFT & Debit/Credit transactions that take place· Enter all entries on the cash sheet and post in auction system· Investigate and follow up any discrepancies· Reconcile Cash sheet with auction system throughout the day· Collect deposits on auction days, enter deposits on cash sheet and return in Kingfisher during auction· Responsibility of Petty Cash· Vigilant to be aware of counterfeit transactions, report any suspicious transactions to Company Accountant, Anti Money Laundering Awareness· Assist the accountant to maintain all accounts· Assisting with debtors and credit ControlPreparation of lodgementsCash handling and Data Entry· Other ad hoc duties as requiredIf you feel this position is for you, please send your cover letter and CV to Job Type: Full-timePay: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company eventsEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingSick payExperience:Administration: 2 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
