Health, Safety and Environmental Lead€66k plus transport, pension and healthcareSummaryThe Health, Safety and Environment Lead, will assist in the management of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs within a cluster of Data Centres. The position will involve travel to our client sites within the greater Dublin area.This job is part of the Environment Health and Safety function. They are responsible for organizational programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities.Job outlineAssist in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and needs of client accounts.Gather data to support on performance, compliance, concerns, and improvement to account management andmarket area.Support the process for monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance within the assigned accountand market area.Assist in executing HSE plans, playbooks, and procedures for the assigned account or market area.Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.Lead by example and model behaviours that are consistent with corporate values.Impact the quality of own work.Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.Exchange straightforward information. Asks questions and check for understanding.What You'll Need:Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.Certification in one of the following is preferred: Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified IndustrialHygienist (CIH), Certified Hazardous Material Manager (CHMM), or Occupational Health and Safety Technician(OHST).Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
