Food Quality Assurance Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production to ensure it meets key requirements, focusing on food safety and quality.
* Lead and maintain comprehensive Food Safety & Quality Management Systems, encompassing HACCP, BRC, and PQAS standards.
* Manage high-risk food production processes, canning operations, and laboratory activities, ensuring seamless execution.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, collaborating closely with relevant authorities.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in food science or a related field and have experience in high-risk food production environments. Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC, and regulatory compliance is essential.
