IT Manager Healthcare Services Our client, a large multi-national healthcare services provider with operations across multiplelocations in Ireland, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join their Head Office team in Dublin 24. This is a hands-on leadership role, managing day-to-day IT operations while working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure and compliant IT services that support both clinical and business operations. The Role Reporting to the Head of IT, you will: Manage IT infrastructure across multiple sites (networks, cloud, servers and end-user devices) Lead the IT Service Desk function (internal and third-party) Oversee cybersecurity controls, patching, access management and incident response Manage Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including identity and endpoint management Drive service improvement, system upgrades and IT projects Line-manage 2 IT Service Desk Engineers and coordinate external vendors The Person Strong experience in IT infrastructure and operations Solid networking knowledge (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) Good understanding of cybersecurity best practices Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, M365 and cloud-first environments Previous IT Service Desk experience, including third-party support Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Occasional travel to other Irish sites required so a Full driving licence is required (pool car provided) Experience in healthcare or regulated environments would be an adantage For further information, please contact Keith on or email Skills: It Management Windows Networking
