Bookkeeping is the top priority, followed closely by organization and administrative support, with light marketing coordination as needed.Key Responsibilities:Reconciling bank statements accurately and on timeCategorizing transactions and maintaining clean financial recordsSupporting basic bookkeeping workflows and documentationTracking deadlines, open tasks, and follow-upsProactively reminding leadership of priorities and next stepsEnsuring operational tasks are completed on timePreparing and sending client invoicesTracking invoice status and follow-upsAssisting with newsletters and email campaignsPolishing marketing materials and reportsHelping package financial reports to look professional and client-readyReviewing website drafts with designers and tracking completionCandidate Requirements:Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar Business Assistant / Virtual Assistant role supporting US clientsHands-on bookkeeping experience, including reconciliationsExcellent written and spoken EnglishStrong knowledge (8/10+) of Google Suite, MS Office, Asana or Trello or Understanding of business operations, finance, or sales processes
