Key responsibilities
1. Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience.

3. Monitor key performance indicators, evaluate results, and implement strategies to drive store success.
4. Uphold high visual merchandising standards, keeping the store attractive and aligned with brand guidelines.

6. Ensure all company policies and operational procedures are followed rigorously.
7. Foster strong customer relationships and address feedback in a professional manner.
8. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and overall store presentation effectively.

10. Solid understanding of compliance, company procedures, and operational best practice.
11. Capable of handling cash processes, working with digital systems, and maintaining accurate records.
