Project Analyst, Quality Assurance (12-Month Contract, Fully Remote)
About Your New Employer
Our Client is looking for a fully remote Quality Assurance Project Analyst on their Global team for 12 months. They are dedicated to delivering a best-in-class Quality Management System. You will work collaboratively with both Global and Local Teams, gaining international exposure.
About Your New Job as a QA Project Analyst
* Facilitate the delivery of a Quality Assurance project by bridging the gap between the project plan and the desired outputs for success.
* Collect data from multiple sources and consolidate it to establish clear relationships.
* Review consolidated data and perform gap analysis against Quality Documentation requirements to support project objectives.
* Work with the Project Manager and Project Team to formulate plans to address identified gaps.
* Support the project team in coordinating project activities involving local sites.
* Create presentations, reports, and project-related topics to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
What Skills You Need as a QA Project Analyst
* Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology).
* Minimum 5-8 years in quality assurance and/or quality process oversight.
* Experience with quality documentation, including Quality Legislation, Lab Specifications, and SOPs.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
* Proven ability to collaborate and partner across all levels of the organization.
* Experience working both in a team setting and independently, managing time effectively with minimal manager guidance.
