Dental Care Ireland operates a centralized office to support all of our 37 dental practices located nationwide. The Office Administrator role will be based in the Company's head office, in Clontarf, Dublin 3. Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm. Flexibility to work additional hours when required.About the RoleWe are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Head Office Administrator to join our central support team. This role is based at our Head Office in Clontarf, Dublin 3 and plays a key part in supporting administrative, HR, compliance, and office operations across a multi-site organisation.The successful candidate will report to our HR Executive and provide day-to-day administrative head office support and assist with admin tasks as assigned. They will act as a key point of contact for internal head office queries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys a varied role in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Office SupportProvide general administrative support including printing, scanning, filing, document control, and data entry.
