Qualifications
5-7 years’ experience in an Enterprise Risk role within financial services
Third level qualification in finance, accounting or a related field
Proficiency in MS Excel impeccably and PowerPoint – an advantage
Experience with Data Analytics and GRC tools – an advantage
Understanding of governance, risk management and control challenges in the Funds industry – an advantage
Highly motivated with strong commercial awareness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
Identify and assess risks as part Partie of the Group’s ERCPU framework
Maintain local entity risk registers and risk appetite statements with the Group ERM team
Identify and assess emerging risks across the Group
Engage with management to identify and record controls and mitigations for Group and entity‑level risks
Collaborate with the Global Head of ERM to develop action plans addressing control gaps
Track action plans and control enhancements for timely resolution
Review and assess incidents, performing root‑cause analysis
Contribute to the design, implementation and monitoring of Group policies, risk tolerance and key risk indicators
Build relationships with local entity management to foster risk awareness and accountability
Adapt to the Group’s GRC tool for risk and incident management
Create clear MI, dashboards, reporting and trend analysis for senior management, internal committees, forums and entity boards
Enhance intragroup due diligence processes
Work with the Group ERM team on enhancements to risk infrastructure and culture
Provide updates and insights to the Global Head of ERM throughout നേടി
Maintain a solid understanding of emerging regulatory risks and industry trends
Support ERM function initiatives related to governance, projects and broader business areas as needed
