Responsibilities
Acting as go-to contact for day-to-day reporting matters.
Leading and supporting process improvement initiatives across the department.
Preparing, coordinating financial reporting deliverables for clients.
Supporting resource planning and workload allocation within the team.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of financial statement workings and reports.
Monitoring deadlines to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
Leading, coaching, and mentoring team members to reach their full potential.
Qualifications
Degree in finance, accounting, mathematics or related fields.
Professional qualification in ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or CFA.
Strong computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office products. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Word is essential.
In-depth understanding of the fund administration industry.
Experience with accounting software such as Geneva, Investran or Yardi is an advantage. Mantra would be beneficial but not necessary.
Experience with financial reporting software like Confluence, RR Donnelley, Workiva would be beneficial but not necessary.
Ability to demonstrate an understanding of FRS 102, US GAAP, Lux GAAP and IFRS.
