About the Role
As a Banking Customer Support professional, you'll be at the heart of a leading digital bank's mission to make money work for everyone. You'll be the first point of contact for customers via chat, phone, and email to solve problems, provide guidance, and ensure each interaction is efficient, empathetic, and aligned with the brand's values.
This is a dynamic, customer-focused position where every day brings new challenges. You'll support customers across a variety of banking issues, from general enquiries to more complex situations involving fraud investigations, disputes, and complaints.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer support through chat, phone, and email, ensuring fast and effective resolutions.
* Take full ownership of each customer issue, from start to finish, handling both simple and complex cases with care and professionalism.
* Assist with fraud investigations, dispute management (including chargebacks), and complaint handling in line with company policies and compliance standards.
* Identify and support vulnerable customers with empathy and discretion, escalating as appropriate.
* Share knowledge with colleagues, helping to coach and improve team processes and training.
* Remain adaptable and proactive to shifting priorities and operational needs.
What We're Looking For
* C1/C2 level of English and at least 12 months of experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) in
Ireland
.
