Job Description:
JOB TITLE: Residential project
LOCATIONS: Dublin
REPORTS TO: Contracts Manage
Main Duties
It is the responsibility of the Site Manager to ensure that the sites that he/she has been allocated to manage are run in a safe and efficient manner. He/she will also be responsibility for controlling all costs associated with running the site and for ensuring that these costs fall within the allocated budget
Attend Pre-Contract Meetings and further familiarise himself/herself of any aspects of the new project
Liaise with the Commercial Operations Manager and the Project Coordinator to establish what Third Party Products and Accessories are required for the project
Liaise with the Purchasing Manager to ensure that all Third-Party Products and Accessories are ordered at the agreed prices and that these products arrive on site before they are required
General Duties
To have thorough knowledge of Company policies and procedures as detailed in the Employee Handbook
To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming
To participate in any training & personnel exercises designed to improve your standards and performance
