Healthcare Support Role Overview:

* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care, including assistance with medical procedures, treatments, and assessments.
* Support patients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to healthcare staff, maintaining a safe environment.
* Contribute to effective communication among patients, families, and healthcare teams by facilitating seamless care coordination.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an acute healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of patient care principles.
* FETAC Level 5 Healthcare Assistant qualification, demonstrating expertise in healthcare delivery.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, showcasing adaptability and resilience.

Work Schedule and Rotation:
24 hours per week plus Hours as Required. Day/Night/Weekend rotation ensures flexibility and variety in the work schedule.
