Honeycomb is partnering with a nationwide Pension Advisory company to recruit for Pension Administrators to join their rapidly growing team based in Belfast city. The roles are full time and permanent, offering a flexible hybrid working pattern. The roles come with excellent opportunity for growth and development. The Client Our client is one of the UK's largest Pension Advisory companies with a large office in Belfast city. They are in a progressive growth phase and are growing their Pension Administration team in Belfast. The Role The Pension Administrator will be responsible for delivering great service to a portfolio of Defined Benefit pension scheme clients and their members. This will include. Understanding and ensuring scheme activities are processed in line with the scheme rules, taking responsibility for all work to ensure delivery is of a high standard and is in accordance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Providing excellent service to our pension scheme members, through accurate, timely and empathetic contact, via phone and email. Using a variety of tools and systems to record actions and manage assigned cases through to conclusion, providing regular updates. Calculating member benefits. Escalating any errors, omissions and complaints in a timely manner to ensure they can be handled in accordance with agreed procedures and within appropriate timescales. Essential Criteria Previous experience as a pension administrator with experience and knowledge of delivering administration services. Excellent member service focus with the ability to deal with a variety of people, building relationships and managing expectations. Good communication skills, and the ability to communicate with clients, members and colleagues in a positive way. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to achieve SLAs. Strong general IT skills, comfortable with MS Office and other system functionality.
