Role:
Are you passionate about beer and spirits? If you want to be a key player in ensuring consumers access Diageo’s leading brands like Guinness, Harp, Rockshore, Carlsberg, Smithwick’s, Gordons, Smirnoff, Baileys, Roe & Co, and more, this role is for you. As a Diageo representative, you will combine sales strategy, relationship building, and activations to drive sales and product availability across your region. A positive mindset, digital fluency, and cultural alignment are essential for success.
Responsibilities:
1. Follow journey plans provided by your line manager.
2. Ensure merchandising guidelines are followed, focusing on planogram compliance, promotional space, and negotiation with store managers.
3. Record sales, merchandiser requirements, competitor activity, and provide timely feedback.
4. Ensure correct placement of SEL in front of products.
5. Merchandise promotional ends and verify pricing accuracy.
6. Capture before and after photos using a handheld device.
7. Liaise with store managers before leaving to confirm satisfaction with work.
8. Build strong relationships with all parties to foster teamwork.
9. Maintain CPM and client standards and policies.
10. Strive for high performance standards for customers.
11. Operate efficiently to complete all tasks.
12. Perform any other duties as instructed by your line manager.
Requirements:
* Familiarity with technology.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Good organizational skills.
* Full clean driver’s license.
