Finance Coordinator This is a part time, permanent position at 2-2.5 days per week The Finance Coordinator will report to the Chief Executive and have day-to-day operational responsibility for FLAC's finances.
This involves managing daily financial operations, records, reporting, handling accounts payable/receivable, processing invoices/expenses, reconciling accounts, assisting with budgets, as well as ensuring compliance, processing payroll, preparing financial reports for FLAC's board and liaising with the auditors about the organisation's annual audit.
Key Responsibilities Financial Administration Processing of invoices, bank payments and grants paymentsMonthly book-keeping in SageRecording all income and expenditure to ensure budgets are in line with agreementsStaff expenses and petty cash managementMonthly bank reconciliationsMonthly ROS paymentsImplementation of financial procedures Payroll - process employee payments, ensure accuracy and timely delivery by managing payroll data, calculating wages, handling deductions (taxes, benefits, pensions), and maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policy.
Act as a key liaison who resolves employee's pay-related queries and work with HR to ensure smooth operations.
