EMEA Merchant Services Business Manager – Vice President
Join our Payments & Commerce Solutions Business Management Team as a Vice President, where you will develop and manage key Merchant Acquiring initiatives across EMEA.
This role involves optimizing business performance by driving strategic initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, and managing financial analysis and reporting. You will collaborate with various teams to understand financial performance, develop business plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the F&BM VP in strategy development, financial analysis, and business management support.
* Leading monthly/quarterly financial reviews, including variance analysis.
* Managing the annual budgeting process for LOB and legal entities.
* Reconciliation of reporting systems to ensure accurate reporting.
* Developing and communicating key performance metrics linked to transformation efforts.
* Supporting development of business plans, SIFs, and NBIA’s to validate benefits.
* Coordinating with US teams on tech spend reporting and outcomes.
* Supporting audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables.
* Assisting in team activities and preparing materials for various meetings and recognitions.
* Managing Objective Key Results (OKRs) and tracking progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified Accountant with FP&A experience in a complex organization.
* Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and local reporting requirements.
* Experience in Merchant Acquiring/Card Payments space.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
