This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving growth within your territory.
Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new business opportunities across Dublin Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting Deliver professional and tailored sales presentations Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery Essential Requirements Proven experience in sales or business development Track record of meeting or exceeding targets/KPIs Strong account management and pipeline management skills Confidence engaging with large businesses Excellent communication and negotiation skills Full clean driving licence Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Desirable Experience in pest control or a related service industry Good level of Microsoft Office competency Why Join Elis?
