Lead Full Stack Developer (Staff)
to be the primary technical contact for our employees in
Cork, Ireland

This is a
Staff-level Lead
position where you won't just write code—you'll set the technical direction, mentor a team, and deliver solutions that directly impact operational efficiency and strategic decision-making at the executive level. You will be instrumental in transforming raw utilization data into powerful, actionable insights.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
* Technical Leadership:
Lead and mentor a small, dedicated team (3–4 members) through the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
* System Architecture & Design:
Own the architecture and design of dashboards, reports, and highly interactive web applications for a diverse set of users (engineers, developers, and executives).
* High-Volume Data Insights:
Develop robust frameworks to analyze large, complex datasets, transforming raw equipment metrics into actionable insights for strategic planning and operational improvements.
* Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner directly with business stakeholders to translate critical business needs into innovative, scalable software solutions.
* Scalable API Development:
Design, build, and maintain high-performance, resilient APIs to ensure seamless data integration across the entire system infrastructure.
Technical Expertise We Require
* 8+ years
of progressive software engineering experience, with significant focus on full stack development.
* 5+ years
of professional experience in
Python development
.
* 5+ years
of building robust web applications using
React and TypeScript
.
Core Technologies (Must-Haves):
* Front-End:
React, TypeScript, and expertise with UI Component Frameworks.
* Back-End:
Python, NodeJS.
