Ireland, the UK and the US
as they appoint a
Head of People Operations
on a 12-month contract.
This role sits at the heart of the business during a pivotal phase of growth. You'll take ownership of the
day-to-day effectiveness and evolution of People Operations
, ensuring the foundations are strong, compliant and built to scale while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
What You'll Be Doing
* Provide leadership to a team of People Partners, setting clear standards and driving consistency across regions
* Work closely with senior operational leaders, offering practical, commercially grounded People advice
* Take ownership of People Operations across the entire employee journey, identifying opportunities to improve process, structure and experience
* Bring People strategy to life by working in lockstep with Talent, People Analytics and Employee Experience
* Lead workforce change programmes including organisation design, restructures and location strategy
* Play a key role in acquisition activity, supporting due diligence and managing people integration and transfer processes
* Set and govern frameworks for contractor engagement, managing compliance and classification risk
* Handle complex employee relations cases and strengthen preventative ER practices
* Maintain oversight of employment law compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including Ireland, the UK and New York
What You'll Bring
* A strong track record in
senior People Operations or HR leadership roles
within dynamic, multi-country environments
* Deep knowledge of
Irish and UK employment law
, with exposure to US (New York) legislation
* Experience leading workforce change, restructures and M&A-related people activity
* Credibility and confidence in managing complex employee relations and organisational risk
* A collaborative leadership style with the ability to develop and influence experienced HR professionals
