Manufacturing Process EngineerPlease note any offer of employment for this position is conditional upon the successful completion of a pre-employment medical examination, including drug and alcohol screening, conducted by a medical practitioner designated by the Company.ResponsibilitiesAnalysis of equipment performance data and develop action plans to improveDevelopment and Automation of Key Process Indicators and strategies for early detection and controlMaximising equipment throughput and yield performanceTroubleshoot, diagnose and resolve machine downtime eventsDevelop design changes for improvement in performanceThe ability to project manage small to medium-sized projects from initiation to completion to meet operational objectivesBe able to work directly hands-on and apply fundamental electrical and mechanical diagnosis skillsRequirementsGraduated in a Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or other Equipment/Process Engineering related degree programmeExperience in a fast-paced 24/7 production environment desirableAbility to learn other engineering skills outside of your core area of expertiseExcellent communication, planning and organisational skills essential, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExperience of Screen Printing and Metrology desirableExperience of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologiesAbility to learn quickly, use initiative and work as part of a teamSelf-motivated, action and results orientedLogical and methodical approach to problem solvingKnowledge and experience of working with large transactional datasets
