Traditional Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria in South Dublin is looking to hire a Head Chef
RESPONSIBILITIES:
cooking food to order in an efficient and professional manner.
To assist in the smooth running of the kitchen operation.
To monitor and assist the food hygien of the kitchen.
Stock control
Training new staff
Maintaince of kitchen equopment
Must have experience in traditional Italian food, ps pastas, pizzas, risotto, Lasagna, Bolognese ect.
Must be able to stay calm under pressure and run the kitchen smoothly
REQUIREMENTS
Experience of food handling and cooking,
Positive attitude with a warm and friendly personality
Enthusiastic and passionate about food, Excellent communications and English language skills
Must level 2 food HACCP Cert
