Job Description:
The Store Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail store. This includes managing staff, supervising sales floor activity, and ensuring that all store systems are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of trade personnel to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
* Stock Management: Oversee stock levels, including inventory management, and ensure that core stock items are always in stock.
* Customer Service: Provide an enhanced customer experience by handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Security: Implement and enforce security measures to prevent theft of stock and other losses.
Requirements:
To be successful as a Store Operations Director, you will need 3 years of experience in retail store management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
