Role Summary The Administrator will support the property department with debtor management and administrative organisation.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong system competence, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organised, and able to bring structure and clarity to processes while maintaining a positive attitude.
This role is a temporary position, based in Dublin 2.
Key Responsibilities Contact debtors via phone and email to courteously chase outstanding funds.
Support billing, invoicing, and collection processes, with the ability to learn these quickly.
Maintain clear and structured file and folder hierarchies, ensuring easy access to information.
Create summaries, directories, trackers, and other documents used by the wider team.
Use Microsoft Office tools ( Excel, Word, Outlook ) confidently to manage data and communication.
Navigate and learn new systems such as Tramps property management software .
Assist in the rollout and implementation of new systems or processes.
Work through ambiguity, taking initiative to create and document new procedures when needed.
Support various teams across the property department with administrative tasks as required.
Maintain high performance while working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines .
