Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Health Care Assistant. In this role, you will work with adults or children with intellectual and physical disabilities or supporting children and young people who are unable to live with their own families. As a Health Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to engage in daily activities and routines of the service that you are working in. This includes direct support to service users, administration work, and daily household tasks required of them. Main Responsibilities: 1. To ensure delivery of high-quality care 2.
