About the Role
* Act as the primary point of contact for all members, handling inquiries in person, over the phone or via email
* Maintain the smooth operation of the club during business hours
* Support the Club Manager in marketing initiatives and upselling opportunities
* Conduct general cleaning duties
* Manage membership inquiries and complete sales transactions with customers
Your Required Skills
* Fluency in English and exceptional communication abilities
* Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends
* Possession of pool/lifeguard certification and First Aid is mandatory
* National Certification in Education and Fitness (NCEF) qualification or equivalent is also required
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and eager to progress in your career
