The Gallery
is a truly magical space steeped in history and architectural beauty. Its grand scale provides the perfect setting for our elegant Afternoon Tea service and indulgent breakfasts. Our
24‑hour In‑Room Dining
team consistently strives to create Beyond Everything experiences, allowing Guests to enjoy exceptional cuisine within the sanctuary of their own room.
The
Tack Room
is a haven of warmth and welcome, where delicious food, great company, and a legendary collection of the world's finest spirits combine to create a truly memorable atmosphere.
The Drawing Room
offers the ideal setting for a tranquil interlude, opening from 8:00am where Guests may enjoy morning coffee by the expansive windows, light meals and refreshments until 5:00pm, and signature cocktails or champagne expertly crafted by our Mixologist throughout the day.
As a Food & Beverage Manager
, you will be fully accountable for the success and day‑to‑day operation of your outlet. You will lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing team while driving exceptional service, commercial performance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Full ownership of the overall performance and operation of your outlet
* Supporting and developing your team to build meaningful and lasting Guest relationships
* Leading by example to inspire, motivate, and develop colleagues in an ultra‑luxury environment
* Creating a supportive culture where colleagues are nurtured, challenged, and empowered to perform at their best
* Continually evolving the product and Guest service proposition to ensure Adare Manor remains a market leader
* Delivering highly effective operations that maximise revenue and profitability in line with budgeted expectations
* Ensuring consistent delivery of Beyond Everything guest experiences across all touchpoints
Successful Candidates Will
* Have previous experience in an ultra‑luxury 5‑star environment within a similar role
* Demonstrate a strong leadership presence with a proactive, hands‑on approach
* Be an inspirational leader, passionate about creating highly energised and engaged teams
* Be fluent in spoken and written English
* Thrive in a fast‑paced environment with high Guest expectations
* Be commercially astute with strong financial awareness
