Healthcare Support Role
The role of a Healthcare Assistant is crucial in providing optimal patient care and supporting our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting regular patient observations to identify potential issues.
* Maintaining high standards of infection control policies and procedures.
* Managing linen, treatment room requirements, solutions, and office stationery stocks effectively.
* Ensuring the cleanliness and sterility of bedside equipment at all times.
* Preparing beds and patient environments to meet the highest standards.
* Accompanying patients to other departments as required.
Requirements for Success:
* A relevant FETAC Level 5 qualification or equivalent care skills course.
* Prior experience working in a hospital or nursing home environment.
* The ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
