Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records and price files.
* Process stock orders efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts.
* Monitor shop stock levels, identify trends, and implement data-driven decisions to optimize inventory management.
* Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms, driving cost savings and revenue growth.
* Collaborate with marketing to develop customer promotions and campaigns that leverage supplier relationships.
* Travel to attend trade shows, meetings, and training sessions to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
* Analyze monthly reports on outstanding purchase orders and identify areas for process improvement.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in purchasing or a related field.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
