Role Description
Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, the successful candidate will work within a small team to deliver an IT infrastructure that is scalable, reliable, redundant and secure to OBFF team members. This role will be split between delivering level 1, 2 and 3 support and implementing new exciting new projects. This role is primarily based on-site with occasionally flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities
Level 1/2/3 Support of OBFF 270 end users across our sites.
Project Management of 3rd parties to implement new services.
Lead technical resource on internal improvement projects.
Continuous improvement of all IT infrastructure tools and services.
Administration of existing environment.
Suggest improvements that will improve service delivered by the IT Team.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience And Language Requirements
To be successful in this role you need:
Fluent English
Project Management, Service Management
Demonstrate good problem solving skills with great attention to detail and customer service
Comfortable with small cabling projects and other physical tasks

Server Technology (VMware, Hyper‑V, Windows 2012,2016)
Azure Cloud Technologies
Office 365 Suite of Tools (Exchange/SharePoint/OneDrive)
Backup Technologies (Veamm, Spanning)
SOC/SIEM (Barracuda Skout)
Device Management (Intune)
Telephony (Teams/Ring Central)
Network Technology (Fortinet/Aruba)
