Finance Manager
Location: Co. Kerry, Ireland
Type: Full-time | Hybrid (3 days on-site: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes
2. Deliver 12-month forecasts and detailed financial analysis
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls (e.g., SOX)
4. Identify cost-saving and profit improvement opportunities
5. Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
6. Support audits and maintain accuracy in financial reporting
Requirements
7. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related discipline
8. Qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA or similar
9. Minimum 6 years of experience in financial management or a similar role
10. Strong expertise in financial reporting, modelling, and compliance
11. Experience in manufacturing or cost accounting preferred
12. Familiarity with international VAT and multi-VAT registration
13. Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills
