Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating care services in the community.
Main Responsibilities:
* Scheduling and re-scheduling of Healthcare Assistant (HCA) rosters
* Managing live rotas, ensuring continuity of care for clients
* Communicating with HCAs, coordinators, and management to ensure effective coordination of services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations, logistics, rostering, scheduling, or coordination roles is advantageous but not essential.
* The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination skills including conflict resolution and crisis management techniques.
* A calm demeanor under pressure along with excellent communication skills is vital for success in this role.
