Commercial Manager - Data Centre Project
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the commercial management of a data centre project, working closely with the Commercial Manager and Project Team to ensure cost control, contract compliance, and successful financial delivery.
* Manage day-to-day commercial administration of data centre projects ensuring seamless integration across departments.
* Prepare manage reports on project budgets, cost plans forecasts measure works from drawings specifications apply rates accordingly procure manage subcontract packages tender analysis contract award prepare agree interim valuations variations final accounts manage subcontractor payments change control commercial correspondence compile monthly cost reports present financial updates senior management ensure timely submission claims notices contractual entitlements maintain accurate cost records manage risk opportunity registers support project close-out including final accounts commercial handover liaise clients consultants site teams resolve commercial issues.
