The primary function of the Airside Operations Officer is to oversee and manage airfield operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and smooth working environment.

* Oversight of stand/turnaround management for optimal operational performance
The role also encompasses responsibility for incident response and investigation. Furthermore, it involves managing ground support equipment (GSE), ensuring worksite compliance with regulations and bylaws, as well as enforcing airport directions.
In this dynamic position you will be expected to drive strong reliability through effective tactical management in a high-pressure work environment. This includes fostering an active safety culture amongst your peers by engaging proactively with partners across the organization. Ultimately driving forward highly impactful outcomes in line with industry standards e.g EASA Regulations & Airport Safety Management Systems protocols.
