Excel Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to lead a busy, high-volume Supermarket in Co. Tipperary.

Salary: 65K- 70K
Key Responsibilities of this Job:
1. Oversee all aspects of day-to-day store operations
2. Drive sales growth, margin performance, and cost control
3. Lead, motivate, and develop a large in-store management and staff team
4. Maintain exceptional standards across fresh food, grocery, and front-end departments
5. Manage recruitment, training, and performance management
6. Ensure full compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations
7. Deliver strong commercial results while maintaining a positive customer experience
Key Requirements of this Job:
8. Proven experience managing a supermarket or large-format retail store
9. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving KPIs
10. Experience leading sizeable teams in a fast-paced environment
11. Hands-on leadership style with excellent people management skills
12. Strong operational and financial awareness
