A HR Officer to play a key role in delivering efficient, people-focused HR support across the organisation. This position offers a broad remit including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, performance support and HR systems management while ensuring full compliance with Irish employment legislation and HR best practice. Roles and Responsibilities: Act as the HRIS Champion, overseeing daily system use and ensuring data accuracy. Provide end user support and training on HRIS and liaise with system support to resolve issues. Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, CV screening, interview co-ordination. Draft and prepare comprehensive employment offer letters and contracts, ensuring clarity and compliance. Responsible for Leading and improving the onboarding and induction activities to ensure the smooth integration of new hires.
