Role title: Full Time Lead Retail Sales Consultant – Blanchardstown. Business Area: Direct Retail.

* Take on additional leadership duties while remaining a key sales performer.
* Mentor and support new or junior team members, contributing to a high-performing store culture.
* Receive guided development and mentorship with clear pathways to Assistant Store Manager roles.

Salary & Remuneration
Monthly salary + competitive commission structure.
What You’ll Do
* Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and provide tailored mobile and broadband solutions.
* Sales Leadership: Maintain strong individual sales performance while motivating and guiding peers to achieve their targets.
* Mentorship: Act as a go-to person for team members, sharing product knowledge and best practices to uplift team capability.
* Customer Satisfaction: Support in handling escalations or complex customer queries to deliver a best-in-class experience.
* Store Operations: Assist with stock control, administration, and operational tasks that contribute to store efficiency.
* Policy & Product Knowledge: Stay informed on eir’s offerings, promotions, and policies, and help ensure these are shared and adhered to accurately with the wider team.
* Market Awareness: Keep informed of competitor offerings so you can provide customers with the most competitive and relevant information.
Flexibility is required—you’ll be expected to work evenings and weekends in line with store opening hours.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* Confidence in engaging with a variety of customers and understanding their needs.
* Clear, effective communication skills with a strong ability to explain products and services.
* A positive, target-driven mindset with a passion for providing great service.
* Interest in mobile phones, broadband, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
* 1–2 years of experience in retail or sales is desirable, but relevant life experience will also be considered.
* A strong customer focus and a proactive attitude are key to success in this role.
