Business Development Representative Hybrid Module
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French or German, with a passion for sales and social media.
About the Role:
This is a 12-month contract with the potential for renewal, offering a highly competitive salary with amazing On-Target Earnings (OTE). You will work from home 3 days a week and spend the remaining days in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Agency Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard high-value independent agencies.
* Sales Excellence: Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
* Client Engagement: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand and address the unique needs of potential agencies.
* Strategic Planning: Create and execute strategic plans to achieve acquisition goals.
* Relationship Building: Network with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
Requirements:
* Experience: 3+ years in sales or a related field with a proven track record of exceeding revenue and acquisition goals.
* Skills: Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoominfo, Pitchbook, Congism, Lusha, or Salesforce.
* Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
