We are seeking a Senior Facilities Project Manager to lead and deliver large‑scale Facilities, Utilities, and HVAC infrastructure projects at our client’s advanced manufacturing site. The ideal candidate will manage multiple complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, quality standards, and regulatory compliance, while driving efficiency and sustainability.
Responsibilities
* Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cross‑functional CAPEX and Facilities projects.
* Develop project charters, management plans, and detailed work breakdown structures.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules (Gantt charts, milestones, dependencies).
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Develop and implement risk management and procurement plans.
* Monitor project performance, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery.
* Oversee quality and compliance with GMP, ISO 41001, and EHS standards.
* Work closely with operations teams to minimise production disruptions during deployment.
* Drive stakeholder and communication management across internal and external teams.
* Provide leadership, mentoring, and feedback to project team members.
* Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with organisational standards.
* Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in facilities management.

* Proven experience managing cross‑functional technical projects in regulated environments.
* Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 41001, and EHS standards.
* Proficiency in project management tools and documentation systems.
* Strong understanding of budgeting, CAPEX management, and procurement processes.
* Experience with facilities management software and digital tools is an advantage.
