Main Responsibilities:
• Client Relationships: Manage and develop strong working relationships with both existing and new clients, acting as their main point of contact.
• Sales & Growth: Look for new business opportunities and offer additional services to existing clients where relevant.
• Project Management: Coordinate with design, production, and fitting teams to ensure each project runs smoothly, on time, and efficiently.
• Quoting: Prepare accurate and professional quotations tailored to client requirements.
• Customer Support: Provide strong after-sales service and deal with any issues in a professional and timely manner.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience in customer account management, sales, or a similar customer-facing role - ideally within the signage, print, or graphics sectors.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Target-driven mindset, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and results.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Able to work on your own initiative and contribute positively within a team.
• Awareness of Health & Safety practices in the workplace.
