Shift Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure high standards of customer care.

Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all duties carried out by the team during their shift, supervising the store and staff, delegating tasks as required, and ensuring efficient opening and closing procedures in line with security protocols.
Key Duties:
1. Oversee all duties carried out by the team during the shift.
2. Supervise the store and staff, delegating duties as required.
3. Ensure efficient opening and closing procedures in line with security and related protocols.
4. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures within the store.
5. Assist in the induction, training, and development of staff.
6. Ensure checkout operations are efficient and effective.
7. Promote the Customer Loyalty programme actively and encourage staff engagement.
8. Manage stock, check deliveries against dockets, and raise queries with suppliers when necessary.
9. Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints, ensuring high standards of customer care.
10. Maintain hygiene standards and store presentation as per procedures.
11. Comply with all Health & Safety requirements and report breaches promptly.
12. Manage the Service Station in the absence of the Store Manager, as directed.
