Simon Beale + Associates are recruiting for a full time experienced Office Administrator to join our team.Salary is dependent on experience.Position Overview:The Office Administrator will be required to provide administrative support to the office team, assisting with a range of tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office environment.Key Responsibilities:Greeting visitors and clients, offering a friendly and professional welcome.Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and handling inquiries.Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms.Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.Sorting and distributing incoming mail, and prepare outgoing correspondence.Inputting data into spreadsheets or company databases as directed.Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and electronic documents.Assisting in the preparation of reports (dictaphone typing), presentations, and other documents as required.Preparing paperwork for applications and submission of same.Providing assistance to senior staff members and department managers with various ad-hoc administrative tasks.Ensuring the office is kept tidy and organised, including common areas and workstations.Perform any other duties as assigned by the Office Manager or other team members.Skills & Qualifications:Education: Leaving Certificate; any further studies or administrative qualifications (e.g., business administration or customer service) are a plus.Skills:Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.Basic IT skills and comfort with using office equipment (phones, photocopiers, etc.).Friendly and approachable with a strong customer service attitude.Personal Attributes:Eager to learn and take on new tasks.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.Ability to work as part of a team and independently.Professional and well-presented.Working Conditions:Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.Office-based role.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Company pensionWork Location: In person
