**Requirements:**
* Relevant degree in Business, Sales, or related discipline
* Minimum 5 years experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in B2C setting
* Demonstrated success in managing and developing geographically dispersed sales teams
* Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, including closing strategies and pipeline management
