We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordination Specialist to join our team. As a key support member within the Purchasing and Accounts departments, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
* Raise purchase orders, maintain supplier records, and track deliveries.
* Assist with procurement planning, reconcile purchase invoices, and liaise with suppliers to resolve queries.
* Support the accounts team with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
* Process invoices, manage payment runs, and complete statement reconciliations.
Requirements
* Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail, typing, and Microsoft Office skills.
* Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
* Organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
