Lead haematology day unit

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Manager 2 to lead our haematology Day Unit.

* The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and function of the unit, overseeing patient care, staff supervision and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:


1. BED MANAGEMENT

* Liaise with Clinical Nurse Specialist and CNM 2 of inpatient unit regarding patients’ treatment schedules.
Liaise with Patient Flow Department regarding scheduled admission. Ensure Consultant/CNM3/DNM notification for delays is addressed promptly..
