We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in our Tallaght office.
The successful candidate will be looking supporting our recruitment team in administration and general office duties. This ideal candidate will be joining a superb team throughout our business and there is lot of progression for the right person. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30 – 5pm and weekends off.
The Candidate & Role:
* Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience working in the office environment
* Excellent People Skills a must
* Strong people skills are essential when interacting with a busy office
* Organised and have a can do attitude is involved when dealing with candidates and clients
* Ambitious and looking to progress your career
* May suit an organised candidate who has excellent attention to detail
* Driven candidate who wants to build a very rewarding career
* Able to multi task
* Strong organisational skills as this is a very busy role
* Superb attention to detail
* Strong Typing skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Supporting the Sales Team / Recruiters on the day to day activities
* Looking after stock take and general requirements for the office function
* Ongoing Temporary role
* €14 per hour
* Hospitality background is an advantage
