We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Front of House, ensuring seamless service and excellent guest experiences.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide their team to deliver exceptional results. They will also have experience in managing busy food and beverage operations, as well as events and conferences.
A strong understanding of hospitality industry standards is essential, as is the ability to work effectively under pressure. We are looking for a reliable, committed, and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
