Strategic HR Partner Opportunity:
The role of a Strategic HR Partner is pivotal in driving business success by aligning people strategies with overall commercial objectives. This dynamic position requires an experienced professional to collaborate with senior leaders, foster change, and develop strategic HR agendas that meet the needs of the organization.
This exciting opportunity involves working closely with Executive Committee members and their direct reports to deliver high-performance results. The successful candidate will provide proactive HR advisory services, drive transformation within the People Function, and contribute significantly to strategic business partnering, performance enablement, and portfolio management across all HR disciplines.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Senior Leaders to ensure alignment between our People strategy and overall business goals, becoming a valued contributor to both commercial and people agendas
* Act as a dynamic agent for change, willing to advocate for innovative approaches in Human Resources
* Play a key part in developing & implementing a strategic HR agenda tailored to address organizational requirements
* Establish regular interaction channels with Ex Co members & their Direct Reports while helping them identify priorities for building organisational capabilities
