This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager within the Facilities and Hygiene industry to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
What's on Offer: €55,000 to €65,000 depending on experience Your new role includes: Leading, mentoring and supervising a team, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement Supervising the company's supply chain and developing Developing and implementing operational strategies to optimise service routes and schedules Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, whilst at all times complying with legal regulations.
Maintaining strong relationships with customers and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Developing and managing the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets.
Identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality Experience you need: Operations Management, Business Management or a related field Proven experience in facilities, pest control or hygiene management or a related industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of pest management regulations and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
