We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team.
Key Responsibilities:
* To lead and manage a high-performing store team, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
* To coach, train, and develop store staff to achieve their full potential.
* To champion a world-class customer experience in-store, through effective merchandising, food preparation, and cleaning standards.
* To generate sales leads for our fuel card team through proactive marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have:

h4gt;Demonstrating leadership skills with ability to motivate teams;
